Pick of the Week: Sorrel (salad or cook) Red Iceberg Lettuce (makes a great salad of course) Horseradish Cherry Belle Radishes (raw or cooked) Chard (salad or cook) Texas Super Sweet Onions Garlic Greens (use in place of garlic) Herb of the Week: Mint

Hey Everyone!

I made an awesome salad tonight with the red iceberg lettuce and a few radishes, which I sliced with a mandolin. The dressing was one garlic green cut like chives, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Unbelievable. Those garlic greens are something else. So tasty.
